mechanical action
This organ was re-built from a tracker organ dating from 1875, builder unknown, obtained through the Organ Clearing House. It had been installed second-hand at St. Mary's R.C. Church in Keokuk, Iowa. It was completely rebuilt in the Andover shop using some original pipes, other old pipes, and new Andover pipes. The company had in storage the romanesque case of E. & G.G. Hook, Op. 423, 1867, and this was used, as it was compatible with the style of the church.

mechanical action
This organ is housed in the same case as the church's original Hook & Hastings organ, Op. 1256, 1885, with a few modifications to the existing woodwork. The attached console has bone naturals with vermillion sharps and rosewood drawknobs with bone labels. The console is of walnut to contrast with the oak casework.

electro-pneumatic action
Solid cherry was used in the organ's façade to match the church's existing furnishings. The console is on a movable dolly and is made of cherry and walnut. Roman mouths on the case pipes echo the arches found in the church's windows and doorways.
